Bio

I am a shiftless and jaded thirty-something working in the tech industry for lack of another money-making option. Or perhaps that's just the cynicism talking.

I love stories--real human drama--, games, and history (mostly because of the stories). As a result, I am into roleplaying games and theater (with emphasis on Shakespeare and other language-focused works with swords). I also have a deep and abiding passion for pizza of all types, but most especially Chicago-style deep dish. Really I like all sorts of food and enjoy cooking it. I also make things out of metal. This is a newish passtime, for which I never seem to have enough time or space.

This journal started as an offshoot of my (now defunct) Blogger page, Shining Dodecahedron. Now I am resurrecting it to talk about whatever I feel like at the moment. It is a journal after all right?
